How do I play NumberLocks?
NumberLocks is a number puzzle game where you swipe tiles to subtract numbers and clear the board.
Basic Rules:
- Swipe a tile with a number toward another tile
- The numbers subtract: larger number - smaller number
- The result stays on the board
- Clear all tiles to complete the level
- Earn keys based on how efficiently you solve each puzzle
How do I unlock new vaults?
Progress through the game by earning keys:
- Vault 1 (Subtract): Available from the start
- Vault 2 (Diagonal): Requires 21 keys, unlocks diagonal swipes
- Vault 3 (4x4): Requires 50 keys, introduces 4x4 grids
How does the key system work?
Keys are awarded based on how efficiently you complete a level:
- 🔑🔑🔑 3 Keys: Completed in minimum moves (optimal solution)
- 🔑🔑 2 Keys: Completed efficiently
- 🔑 1 Key: Level completed
Can I reset my progress?
Yes! You can reset your progress by:
- Going to Settings (gear icon)
- Deleting the app and reinstalling it
The game is frozen or not responding
Try these steps:
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Restart your device
- Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store
- If issues persist, contact support
How do I turn off sound or haptics?
- Tap the gear icon (Settings) from the home screen
- Toggle Sound Effects or Haptics on/off

Yes! NumberLocks works completely offline. No internet connection required.

No! NumberLocks is completely free with:

- ❌ No in-app purchases
- ❌ No subscriptions

How many levels are there?
NumberLocks currently features:
- 30 total levels across 3 vaults
- 10 levels per vault
- More levels coming in future updates!

Troubleshooting
Game won’t launch
- Restart your device
- Check for app updates in the App Store
- Ensure you have iOS 15.0 or later
- Delete and reinstall the app
Progress not saving
- Make sure you’re not in Low Power Mode
- Check device storage (ensure you have space)
- Contact support if issue persists
Can’t unlock next vault
Make sure you’ve earned enough keys:
- Vault 2: 21 keys required
- Vault 3: 50 keys required
You can see your total keys on the home screen.
